How can I delete my data?
You can delete data inside the app, or send a deletion request via support email.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export JSON or PDF/CSV reports from the app, then share or save the file to iCloud, Google Drive, or Files yourself.
Is there cloud sync between my devices?
No. Data stays on each device. To move to another phone, export JSON on the first device, save it where you like, then import it in Settings on the new device.
